Proposed adaptive reuse of three 1920’s terraces in a heritage conservation area of Surry Hills. The design concept aims to create a new place making opportunities to Reservoir Street with a 23 room boarding house development that addresses shortages of short-term, affordable housing solutions in Sydney.
STATUS
Sketch concept design approved by Client in late 2019. Working with specialist consultants to prepare DA submission targeted for mid-2020.
