A 31 storey mixed used development proposed for Kingdom Developments, “The Macquarie” has been designed by GCCV to provide approx 200 residential units and 192 hotel rooms that will add to the urban regeneration of Liverpool as the third CBD of Sydney.
STATUS
DA1 approved by Liverpool City Council in September 2019 for 192 hotel rooms and 72 residential units over 17 storeys to comply with the original development controls.
DA2 submitted to Liverpool City Council in December 2019 to increase overall tower to 31 storeys under the new LEP controls, targeting a total of circa 200 units. DA2 currently pending council approval.
ROLE
Design architect for “The Macquarie”, from sketch planning to DA submission and interior design.
